Launch date of Nokia Lumia 920 and 820 mobiles in India?

Hi,
I have a passion towards mobile phones, i wait eagerly to know what is in there, on which it operates what are it's specifications, what would be the best of all. Specifying towards my query, i read some news article but i couldn't able to find that what will be the exact date of Nokia 920 and 820 in India.

As from my source, i came to know that both of these operates on Windows 8 but it's launch date wasn't clearly mention. They do specify in their blog that it will be launched in the month of December but my friend told me that he has seen somewhere on the online retail stores.

So, I was thinking if someone hear having information regarding my query please inform as soon as possible. Do, specify the price also.
