Suggest me an Android emulator for windows xp

Hello,
I am using dell inspiron netbook and I want to play android games on my Laptop.
What would you say use android emulators like youwave , etc. Does it work on netbook without graphics card.

Configuration of my laptops are:-
1gb ram
1.4ghz atom processor
250gb hdd

No graphic card

Suggestion for any freeware software which supports the above config is highly appreciated.

I am having some choices for you from which you can find the better one.
1. Blue Stacks app emulator
2. Google Android Emulator

Just choose the better one from the two and your work is done.
