India's judicial system - a gone case ?
The Center orders a CBI probe to find out facts about a Andhra Minister
facing numerous accusations of corruption and illegalities.
CBI starts the probe to find out the facts.
A Andhra High court judge, issues order stopping the probe.
How do you like this nonsense ?..Even to look for facts, investigate
allegations, the court can say NO to such actions.
Already, the Karnataka Chief Justice is under a terrible cloud of
curruption charges.
Is the Indian judiciary and the system gone the bad way, all the way ?

Probe on mining stayed

Re: India's judicial system - a gone case ?
This is the old and Golden tool in Indian Judiciary system.
People commit crime, even cases are filed but they take stay on and on.. eventually opposite party gave up.
eg. You building a factory, if someone doesn't like, he can get stay using lawful tactics and you are prohibited to take any move until further order, you then fight and get stay uplifted then again you find someone again took stay.. and finally because of loss of time and resources you gave up.
People usually say.. "Not to worry.. stay le lenge yaar, dekhe kaise kaam hoga" !
