It is running Symbian OS, you can have complete control over most applications connecting to internet, go to Many>Internet>Web>Options>Settings>General>Access Point>Always Ask.
When you have set it to that, whenever your phone wants to connect to the internet, a pop-up menu will show asking what connection you want to use (Search for WLAN, Internet (this is mobile net, 3G or GPRS), and WAP).
