Automatic updation of applications in my Micromax A80

Hello friends,
I have a Micromax A80. Some of my applications are updating automatically. The company always update these apps and I am charge due to this I have stopped recharging my phone and also stopped using internet. I need to update the apps manually.
How can I prevent this auto update?

I think you need to reset your mobile. And before resetting it first save your data somewhere that will help you to improve.
