Slow speed in BSNL HOME combo 600 FN plan bb connection

I friends,

I have been using bsnl broadband from 3 years and was using night unlimited combo 600 plan from many days where I get night unlimited download at 2 mbps . I was away from my house for few months, I had disconnected my broadband for that period . When I am back I have applied again for it and now again I have 600 FN plan but now speeds are very slow, now I am merely receiving 20-30 kbps while in past it was 200 kbps average on same plan .

What is the problem, I complained but there is help from these guys at bsnl. Please help.

I also had the same experience all of a sudden! I clearly remember, for the same plan you mentioned above, I used to download during the happy hours with speed more than 200 kBps, whereas now it has reduced to a mere 40-50 kBps, which is very frustrating! I am not sure, but maybe there is a reduction in speed for the night unlimited plans somewhere. I tried using their customer service, but hardly anyone is there to answer calls these days. If you find out more information here, kindly update the same :rolleyes:
