Best Credit Card service and best credit card provider

Hi friends,
I am looking to apply for a new credit card, I already have credit card from HDFC bank but I am looking to apply for another credit card because I think two credit card are always useful as you may use other card when there is any emergency or need arises. So suggest me which bank provide best credit card with lowest possible charges and transpernet services. Because many banks have hidden charges, I am preferrably looking for some rent free card.
