Bsnl gprs problem nokia c5-03 - unable to connect(BSNL card defect)

Sir,
I have Nokia C5-03 and having BSNL sim card bt evry time it lost connection of Internet after 2-3 hrs and evrytime i have to switched off my phone to access Internet and the Web shows message "Unable to connect, Please try later".
So, Please help me whether defect is in my Phone or its BSNL card problem.

i have no problem regarding call network the only problem is of Internet

My new phone C5-00. Purchased in Diwali. But after giving my mobile to NOKIA Care for Update problem started...
I have MTNL network... Its shows same error (UNABLE TO CONNECT. TRY LATER)
I had inserted my SIM card in other phone and net is working.
But in my phone i had inserted VODAFONE & LOOP SIM card but unable to connect wid net.

I have recharged with Rs.98 i m getting downloading speed below 20 kbps someone told me to recherge with Rs.14 after 1 day then also i couldn`t got above 20 kb before when i was recharging with 98 and then 14 then i was getting 200-300 kbps.but now i m not getting.What can i do?

nokia c5.002 have bug when connect internet???
my phone often show icon 3g to 3.5g and 3.5g to 3g when connect network, often lose connect, too.
i dont know why that, i dont have install soft or update??
what do i do??? please reply
