Mblaze wifi modem not connecting - no internet

Friends, this is very frustrating for me, my internet connection was working yesterday but today its not working, its MBlaze WIFI device and other than connecting and disconnected status, I can't see much. Even in its network setting tab, there is nothing where I can see what is problem. Its just not connecting. its wifi is working but internet is not working. I called customer care and they are not helpful either, they say everything is fine and you may have problem with your device.. now is it problem with my device ?

Better call their customer care and ask a technician to visit your place or show it to nearby help center. Btw, have you made sure that you are not running out of data / time to recharge your device ?
