hi friends I watched a video of Arnold and Ronnie Coleman i see a big difference in both body , I think it is becuase of use of a modern technology and ofcourse hard work, as we all know about Arnold a famous bodybuilder in his own time and Ronnie a modern famous bodybuilder both have a great difference in there body both are had worker. But definitely Ronnie has better details, more muscles and great shape.

I think the difference or rather say the improved details of modern bodybuilders is due to better knowledge of body science and its workings.
