I have also tried same once just don't remember what exactly I did..
It was something that from ATM machine you have to choose your mobile then they will send you message for confirmation and once you receive that message and has a code, you have to add it to ATM . Once your phone is verified, from next time onward all you need to do is goto ATM, enter amount and your phone will be recharged.
Let me know if you were able to do it.. and also tell us how so that other can also get information when they need it.
