Need BSNL Selfcare portal help ..

The other day I was checking my usage and damn.. its keeps on loading loading and loading.
I can't do anything. I have opera browser and I check also in internet explorer 8 but it just keeps loading.
Customer care of bsnl is not helping.

Anyone else facing same problem ?

It is always problem with them. sometimes their servers are busy. Try it in night time and don't try it month end or month start.
