Yes, there are differences between foreigner and Indian. But if you ask in case of exploitation , extorting then I think foreigners were better than Indians because they were foreigners and if they did something wrong then its because we were not their people but if Indians are extorting Indian then its worst because out people are being extorted by our own people and thats bad, really bad.
