Reliance cross connection problem and low quality calls

Friends, I am so much disgusted with my reliance GSM connection. It had happened so many times with me that when I make a call, there is cross connection and some other person is speaking from opposite side and is from some other number. MOst of the time it is my money which is wasted as when I realize its wrong call or cross connection, already significant numbers of seconds has been used.
Please tell me what could be the solution of this problem ? I have complained so many times with reliance, moreover their call quality is not good.

Why don't you simple use MNP and port to another service provider, why to take all this mess ?
