Oriental Bank of Commerce (ORBC.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) plans to raise 3 billion rupees via a sale of perpetual bonds this week, two sources with knowledge of the matter said on Monday.
The Tier-I bonds will carry a coupon rate of 9.10 percent and the issue is likely to open on Wednesday, they added.
