What is MTS MBlaze broadband data card speed?

Please someone tell me speed of Mblaze internet speed. how is its internet speed. They say they have 3.1 mbps in just Rs. 999 per month. Is it true. If someone has used then I will be really obliged and I will save my money if it is not good.

Speed is good, you can buy it but make sure you get demo in your area first. I had asked for Demo and they were not able to connect at my place. But a friend of mine is happy with MTS living few KM away from my place !
