Windows 7 webcam viewer download for my laptop (like windows xp)

I have windows 7 in my new laptop, I was previously using windows XP and it works fine in my desktop computer but in windows 7 I can't find any way to see my webcam. In control panel under printer and devices I can see my webcam but when I click it I get its property but I can't see my webcam pics.

But in yahoo chat , it starts working so there is no built in software in windows 7 to see webcam of my laptop ?
