Paypal issue - we can't log you in - conact us to resolve it

I see this error message when I try to login to my paypal India account.

Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

I think my password is correct because when I tried with wrong password, it clearly mentioned that "wrong credentials were given". So does that means there is some issue with my Paypal account ?

When I tried to contact link they gave to resolve it , all is showed their FAQ page but there was just no clear details for my particular problem. Is it that my account has been locked , should I contact Paypal first or wait to see if this temporary glitch ?

If there is no error then It could be temporary issue. Trying login again and also this time, clear your browser cache before login. I suggest that if you are using older version of browsers like internet explorer or old firefox then update or try to use Chrome or newer browser.

Let me know if you can login from other account or not.
