Hi guys
I am looking to know what are long term effect of using creating monohyderate. I am taking 5 gram each day from 1 month. I think it is helpful but should I continue or should I break it and then again start it after 1 month ? Is it harmful on liver and kidney ?

As per reports published online, creatine is considered safe but overages of anything is harmful. If you are talking 5 gm a day then it is highest recommended dosage and if you are taking more than that then you may trouble your kidneys as with anything be it sugar, coffee or anything. So do not take in excess. If you are so much worried then you can stop taking it for 20 days and then start again.
