I want to buy a graphic card under 3,000 for Pentium D dual pc

Hi, to everyone i am new to all these forum and i didn't know how it works but something that i know is members of Eti help a lot as compare to other.

My query is i want to buy a graphic card for my system for playing games and watching HD movies. I am not a hardcore gamer, i will be playing GTA 4 and POP series at normal settings. And please before making your mind towards suggestions, my budget is restricted and it should not exceed more than 3,000.

To help you out here is the technical specification of my pc: i have Pentium D dual core @ 2.8Ghz, Mobo - Intel D101GGC with Ati radeon 200 express graphic chipset, 3GB RAM, 320GB HDD + Seagate 1 TB external hdd. AOC 17" monitor @ 1280*1024 resolution.
