New Hyundai Sonata Unveiled at Delhi Auto Expo 2012

Hyundai Motors India has launched it's new version of Sonata at the New Delhi Auto Expo2012. The car is expected to design on the Concept of Hyundai's fluidic design concept which makes this car extra ordinary. This feature will definitely give it certain advantage in tough competitive environment.

The car has a 2.4 liter engine that will pump out 201PS of power. The engine has been designed with latest technology and will feature direct injection along with Variable Timing Value Train. This will enhance the car's performance and provide fuel economy. The car will also have a well styled Xenon lamps.The car will also have a Six speed automatic gear box. It also has many new features such as cruise control, paddle shifters, ventilated seats and seats electrically adjustable .

Well new version of Hyundai Sonata is quite different form old Sonata the car maker has brought only a petrol version of Sonata. The very luxurious E segment sedan will only be available in a 2.4 litre GDI petrol engine negating an expected diesel engine. The new Hyundai Sonata engine is cleverly mated to a 6 speed manual and automatic transmission and will make 201 PS@6300 rpm and 25.5kgm@4250 rpm and dual VTVT. Hyundai says that there will be 6-14% improvement in performance and a reduction of 3-5% in fuel consumption.

Hyundai Sonata has made some improvement which are quite positive as well as interesting.. Lets keep our finger cross and hope this car does well in markets.

Hey Ravinder I think it would be wrong to say that Hyundai had made some improvement in Hyundai Sonata because form top to bottom there are changes like look. features, specification and other things. Hyundai also says that there will be 6-14% improvement in performance and a reduction of 3-5% in fuel consumption.
