All Bongali Babu's can now rejoice as TATA DOCOMO launches in Kolkata!

Its been a long time coming, but Tata Docomo officially rolled out in the Kolkata circle yesterday..to be precise that is 8th october 2009.....this will further the competition in kolkata especially b/w the likes of aircell and Tata Docomo as the former had already implemented the per second billing concept of Tata Docomo just a few weeks before the Tata Docomo launch...my questoin was why couldnt they do it right from the outset...did they actually need Tata Docomo to jolt them to introduce the per second billing??...Grrr....anyway thanx Tata Docomo..at least cuz of you some operators are reducing their tariffs!

Mobile Network providers often fail to keep up to their offer. On 24/11/09 Tata Indicom sent me an SMS inviting me to join "Lowest Tariff on Rs. 101 Top Up" and I did it on 29/11/09 but the did not provide me the facility although they accepted my money and sent sms stating ”recharge of Rs. 101.0 is successful, Current Balance is Rs. 90.30. Trans-ID:4975122”. My complaints PCR06088014 (dated, 05/12/09), PCR0609459 (dated, 15/12/09), NTT077207526 (dated, 25/12/09) and PCR06098185 (dated, 31/12/09), remain unresolved till date.
