Adware/installcore.Gen7 found in Filezilla server installation - Avira antivirus

This is surprising for me when I tried to install opensource filezilla ftp server on my computer for personal use, it showed that it is affected with 'ADWARE/InstallCore.Gen7' virus or unwanted program. Now is it really infected or just have a adware in it which I can deny / discard during installation, what should I do .. proceed or cancel it ?
I have downloaded thsi from their sourcefourge link.

Looking over Avira discussion forum, I think you can safely install it and when it asks for adware , deny it.
