Samsung Galaxy TAb 2 P3100 in a offer with Bluetooth head set not delivered?

In April 2013, me and my brother decided to have a new tablet as we both are very fond of playing android games. But before april we were using Samsung Galaxy Y duos which is a small handset and lacks the best gaming experience. So, we finally decided to shift our way to Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 and enjoy the gaming fun.

We bought it up on April 7,2013 from the company website under a special deal which offer Samsung Galaxy Tab 2P3100 with a samsung bluetooth headset. We got the tablet which is very good and we are loving it, but we didn't got the bluetooth headset till yet.

I wan't to ask where should i call my complaint to get it. If anyone here know anything then please do share it over here.
