How is BSNL 3G service ? Any Userviews for BSNL Mobile Service

I would like to know how is bsnl service. Is it reliable ? Any user who is already using it ?

its very good service i have used it ,and i got maximum speed of 1.4 mbps ...but its quit expensive but really portable and fast

how expensive it is ?
i mean monthly overall costs.
and please mention the plans.
