Which Broadband Should I buy BSNL or some other?

Hello everyone !!!

I am planning to purchase a broadband connection but i am terribly confused as to which one should i buy, I am thinking to purchase a BSNL but other BSNL users in my locality complain about it's speed. Please suggest a good company as well as its plan ?
