i have already applied passport under tathkal scheme, but haven't received the passport, as its been 4 months, i want to cancel the passport application and get a fresh one, so how could i cancel the application..!
Cancelling application is as easy as giving a written application to nearest PSK with valid reasons. However, before cancelling, you need to check why you have not received your passport, you can check its status online using your application ID etc.
