IFB Defective microwave oven- service complaint?

I just bought a new microwave oven from IFB, as one of my friend told me that IFB microwave's are good and work well. I bought it in April 2013, it was working well for some days, but just after a week it start giving a continous problem.

The problem is when we cook food inside the oven you can easily see the water drops falling consistently near the doors and in the side of the body part inside it. I file my complaint at the nearest service center, the service man came he make tons of excuses and went away. In my conversation with sales man he also said that the machine can't be replaced then i asked why he again refuses and makes lots of excuses.

I am a old user for microwaves and i know what is the problem issue it is basically it's drainage system is not working well which is a manufacturing defect.

I don't know what to do i think IFB products are waste and they are not meant for customer satisfaction. I get frauded by IFB and lost 9,800 bucks.
