List the best and cheap android smartphone below 5,000 in India?

since we all know that the mobile market is fill with countless choices in India and it is totally confusing to put our hand as per our budget onto which device. The problem with mine is when i think that i will go and buy this phone on the other day a new phone launched with 500 rs more with better specifications and features inside.

But now i fed up with all this and that i will choose strictly any smartphone with high power in the range of 5,000. So help me to take final decision.

Some of them are form micromax bolt series like Micormax A27 and A26 and one from videocon also they are many it depends what technical specification you want in it.
