GOVERNMENT JOB: UPPCL Recruitment 2012 – 2013 Details:

The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has issued notifications for a recruitment process which it will be conducting for the recruitment of various vacancies in the organization. The details related to the vacancies are given as under:

• LIST OF THE VACANCIES: UPCL announced as per it's organization requirement a list of vacancy mainly in:
  
  • Office Assistant
  • Stenographer
  
  
• NUMBER OF VACANCIES: Notified positions are 12 (twelve), which would be distributed among the reservation (SC/ST/OBC) categories as per the guidelines received from government time to time.

Eligibility Criteria:
The various eligibility criteria defined by the UPPCL are as follows:

• Age Limit: The lower and upper age limit for Office Assistant is 18 – 50 years. The lower and upper age limit for Stenographer post is 20 – 50 years. Upper age limit relaxations would be as per government instructions.
• Educational Qualification: The candidates should be graduates (must be from recognized university / institute approved by UGC) in any discipline.
• Typing skills and basic computer knowledge are also to be counted as eligibility criteria.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates who applied through proper channel (details given in notification) and also found eligible will be invite to appear in typing tests, stenography tests and interview process. Final selection decision will be based on their performance in these rounds.
How to Apply :
The application forms have to be filled in carefully with all the required details in the prescribed format by the candidates. The candidates will have to attach certain relevant documents which would show their educational qualifications and their age.
