Complaint against LOOP MOBILES for full talk time

Hi!
I am Ankita, a B.Tech student. I m using LOOP mobiles since 1.5 years. I was gettng msgs 4m loop mobiles since 20 days abt an offer which says on a reacharge of 110 Rs. i'l get talktym of Rs.111/ n an extra talktym of Rs.13.24 4 7 days. So i did dat recharge of 110 rs. on 4/2/2012 at 10 am. bt i got only 97.72 rs.
i immediatly contacted constmer care abt dis n dey told me dat i'l get d talktym within 42 hrs.
i waited 4 48 hrs bt i didnt get anythng. So i again contacted dem 2 to 3 tyms n no1 gave me satisfactry answers n ws ignoring my col. Yestrday ven i call dem again, they told me to visit any loop mobile shop n i'l get my talktym bt ven i visit dat shop dey said dat i hv 2 go 2 any service center 2 get my credit n dat 2 is nt fixed whether i cn get my money or not. What should i do?
