BSNL net connection for samsung GT-S5282

i LIVE IN HYD. I have taken a new 3G sim and loaded into my new SAMSUNG GT-S5282. The sim is activated with FRC -29 and a talk time of 110-Nestham plan. I have put a STV -data of 140 also. I have given an SMS -GPRSPRE and the GPRS is activated. the APN is showing 'bsnlnet' . I am unable to connect to internet .
I am able to connect thru WI-FI. pl advise:confused:

Everything looks fine in your case. Is that network data connection is active on your phone ? Can you see data up/down icons when trying to use GPRS ?
