I want to know what is full form of RTO where we get our vechicle registered in India and what is its full function and what are responsibility of this department. I want to know list of function this government department .

Also please tell me what it is called in Hindi.

Regional Transport Office is a government organization in every state of India, which issues Driver's Licenses and vehicles registration cards.
