BSNL is now gone worst. I have BSNL 3G and I am so much frustrated that I am in plan to port my number to other provider. Their network is over loaded and there no speed in 3G . What speed you are receiving in 3G ?
Same problem facing by most of the BSNL net users, i think the reason behind such a slow speed is due to Cable Cut.
Cable cut will only affect 3G / GSM subscriber.. ? :confused:
it gives variable bandwidth ,sometimes it deacreses to 36 kbps sometimes it goes to 200kbps..
I think network in your area is over loaded. If you get good speed in night after 12 am then you can't do anything because its problem with BSNL itself.
