Is Property A Better Investment Than Gold??

Hi Guys!!

I am Business Man who is 32 years old ... I have saving of few lakhs .. But i am confused whether to invest in Gold or property...
Please suggest me a investment option which will give me better returns in future

Any other investment option which will give better returns will be highly obliged

Invest in land. Real estate is safe and can give you incredible returns over a period of time. Ignore stocks, commodities and forex.

Investing in property can provide high returns.Property can be less volatile than shares or other investments.

This depends on the value maker to get in the good market as the market fluctuate according.

Both are different as I think. Property investment completely depend on which location you have take.. on the other hand gold investment is some how risky. Property investment will gives you profit but in gold you are also in profit but little variation may be change all sets.

Investment in property and gold both have their own benefits. I believe gold is more safe mode of investment because it is of highly liquid nature. Real estate investment offers high return if it is invested for long term basis.
