How to take a Stay Order for property issue?

Hello Sir,
I am new to this community and really like it. It's really interesting to ask questions here as people do take interest in our questions and answer it as soon as possible. The question that i would like to share my personal problem from few days some Thug people's are intemediating us for a quite long. Few days earlier, they went to my home and started intemediating using bad abusing languages to my parents and all my family, they misbehaved with my sister and also with elders. I don't know what to do later while they also said let's see how you will construct your home their we will file a stay order for 20 years and let see what can you do. So, i was thinking that anyone can take stay order anywhere. Please suggest an opinion to overcome from this situation as soon as possible.
