It's specifications are revealed but the price is still confusing you can expect it around nearly 366 USD.

I recently viewed price of HTC desire l, The smartphone is priced at Rs. 42,900.;)
I think the price is around 18 k in india. For further clarification you can check out the official site of HTC.
