Idea Celluar Ltd, an Aditya Birla Group Company officially announced launch of their GSM based service in state of Bihar and Jharkhand.
The company plans to cover 1.5 crore of the population spanning 2500 villages and towns in the two states with near about 800 towers. Company will be 5th cellular operator in this circle.
