Slow problem in reliance 3G - download stops and restarts

Hi Guys,
I have recently been frustrated from a problem, while I have favorable balance in my GPRS account both in 3G as well as in 2G, I am facing a problem in downloading any media element for me, earlier when my sim card was activated it used to get downloaded instantly and these days it is not even downloading slowly being 3G activated in it. The 3G connection now a days have become irritating, the downloading starts as usual but after downloading upto 48 KB it stops and asks to restart the downloading even after trying for 3-4 times it happens repetedly, whether I am in open or in basement area, still no download, please help me solve this problem.
Also I want to know how to download setting for reliance GSM mobile and number to talk to a customer care executive. Looking for prompt response if any body knows.:D

It is not showing any thing aarish do you have any other site which loads a bit faster than this one because when I click on run test link it goes all blank and does not load further.
