The Most controversial TV Channel for its prying questions took this serial to the court and so many MLA’s and families Questioned about it, But today Delhi High court approved the Show and Refused to ban the Reality Show.

Justice Sanjiv Khanna a single Member bench had referred to the Division Bench headed by Chief Justice A.P. Shah, and Ravi khanna observed two petitions seeking a stay on the telecast of Sach Ka Saamna because of the Public interest and that should be heard by Chief justice.

I & B (Information and Broadcasting) Minister Ambika soni asked producer to take care of sensitivities of all age group and to run the show with more careful way and it should not effect anyone life as this show is watched by all age group and producer should keep this factor in Mind.

The petition asked to shut the show because it is against our Indian society and it causes the harassment for man and women participants.
