Family status issue and short tempered dad - what now?

I am 23 and my boy is 26 and he is working in reputed MNC with good salary. Unfortunately his parents started seeing alliance so he conveyed his parents' about our love. They accepted for our love since we are same caste. But my family situation is very critical since my dad is very short tempered and totally against love. I conveyed my mum but c is trying to brain wash me that his status is very low than us. I can't talk to dad. If I conveyed to dad he will sure show red flag nly and we are building new house and continuous investment is also issue for our family. What can I do. Please help me.
