Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos lights up every minute automatically problem

Hi

I have this phone Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 and I like my phone . It is good and with dual sim and all such feature, very nice phone but I what I see that my phone glows up on its own every minute and sometimes its very disturbing and also irritating to see phone glowing for no reason. Sometimes I feel if phone is trying to grab my attention for no reason.

How can I disable that phone's light doesn't glow on its own every minute, is it fault in my phone or a feature ?

This is not a problem, it happens if you have turned ON notification for WIFI network, just disable notification of WIFI network then it should not glow time to time.
