most of the people feel very relaxed in the bathroom. I mean just laying down on the bathing tub and watching movies with a fan to give you proper oxygen. I am one of them . I want to know that at what price i will be able to buy a lcd which should be of not more than 15 inches and a ceiling fan under 15,000.

First of all your bathroom should be big enough and I think you need something waterproof incase you decided to touch things with wet hand.
But I think you can get 22 inches LED TV instead of 15 inches, that will too small. For fan, there are many low ceiling fans available, can buy of them.
