Can not make fresh install windows 7 on Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB SSD drive

I have a new Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB SSD drive which I purchased for my laptop. In my laptop when I try to install windows 7, I can see SSD drive listed and I can partition and format it , after that installation goes fine but when computer restarts... its just in some kind of loop where screen turns on and then OFF but nothing on display. But when I boot from old drive, it works fine. I have also tested this samsung SSD on other computer and I can not find any problem with this disk. Is there anything special we are supposed to do with samsung evo series drives. I can't believe that one of the most selling SSD in the world is not compatible with windows 7. But I see it installation so windows 7 is able to detect it.

What could be problem ?
