I am running internet through tata docomo speed and I have activated 1GB pack but I don't get speed more than 16kBps ever. I think in 3G it should give atleast 100kBps speed but I m not getting those speed. I am connecting through micromax usb 3g modem which can get speed upto 3.1 mbps using HSDPA.
Please help me to configure this device to get full speed in tata docomo internet on 3g. what setttings I need for this?

You don't need to format your PC at all. If you have 3G pack then you will get 3G speed and if you have normal GPRS pack then you will not get speed more than 128kbps ie. around 16kBps !
may be there is no 3G service. thats why u got just 16kbps speed, this is 2G service.
if it has 3G then that speed wiil be more than 150 kbps.
If you are located in an area with multiple and large number of connections, like a commerccial or biusiness area, you can not get much speed ; look for software updates and be in touch with their customer care people, lodging complaints about slow speed
recharge with rs.9 3G pack after 1 gb pack....

I think you need to activate 3G option in your phone!!
i think u have not activated 3g in ur phone search on google how to activate 3g on ----(ur phone modle)
