MTS is upgrading network message- what instruction to follow?

Hi.. I have MTS mblaze dongle and I am regularly receiving SMS from MTS that We are upgrading our Network. To enjoy our enhanced data services please connect your MTS dongle and follow instructions which appear on landing page.

Now I open landing page of my Mts blaze, there is nothing new, not even in control panel which I open after giving password.

So what we have to do .. what they are upgrading and if I don't update or follow instructions, will it stop working ?

What the hell is all this about ?

Just visit their website Mtsindia.in and follow instructions given there. Make sure you are connected using your MTS connection.
