General girl wants to do marriage with her love who belongs to SC category.

I am in love from the last 2 years with a boy who belongs to SC category. last month i talked to my parents. but they are not ready because he belongs to SC category. if he would belong to general category thn they have no issue. we both are working in same company. he is working there from the last 3 years. our salary is also very good. boys parents are ready. but my parents ar enot ready..please suggest me how to convience my parents. we both love each other a lot. we cant even think to live seperatly. Pleqase HELP me... :(
