Tasty Mushroom Omelette recipe

Again I would like to share one of the recipe.. Which is very tasty and delicious....

Ingredients:
3 eggs
5 -6 fresh mushrooms or tinned
1 small onion
1 small tomato
A pinch of pepper powder
2 tbsp. grated cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil / butter
Salt to taste
Method:
Chop onions, mushrooms and tomato into fine pieces. Beat the eggs and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil/butter in a non stick pan. Add chopped onion and fry until soft. Now add tomato and mushrooms, sauté for few seconds until the mushroom is soft. Add salt and pepper powder, mix it nicely. Remove this mixture and set aside. Rinse the pan and heat it again adding 1 tbsp. of oil. Add the beaten eggs ,and spread evenly. Spread the mushroom mixture on top and cook on slow fire. Lastly sprinkle grated cheese and fold the omelet and serve hot.:):)
