Internet & Roming Aircel SIM in Allahabad Village and Delhi SIM

I have A Question . I Want To Know That Is Internet Have Any Roaming .:confused: I Want To Know It Because After Some Days I Will Go To My VIllage Which Is In Allahbad (U.P) But I Live In New Delhi . I Have An Aircel Sim . So When I Use A Internet Plan For Ex 17 3 days Internet Plan of Aircel In New Delhi . And Got It . And When I reach My Village . Does Internet Works In My village or Is there any roaming there . or it works same as new delhi . just rechrge and use . i hope u understand my problem .
