call customer care and ask him or her............................................... ........
Every BSNL sim works in 3G mode.
Set your phone to work in 3G mode, if 3G is available, you will see 3G sign.
Thats it !
All the sims are of BSNL already 3g activated.You only need 3g handset.Next thing is that you have to pay more money for usinmg 3g services.
